中医，讲究的是辨证地去施治，就是辨证地去看治。往往治疗人的头部穴位在人的脚上。 治疗左侧的疾病,可能在右侧的穴位上，所以说中医讲究的是一种整体辨证地去把握，辨证地看问题。 这一点就是中医和西医不同的地方，也恰恰就是它的高明的地方。
In Chinese medicine, acupuncture points are used in the right leg to
cure a problem in the left leg, the body being seen as a whole and not as
separate parts. This is one difference between Chinese and Western medicine and
incidentally one of Chinese medicine's most ingenious aspects.
